Welcome
A non-profit incorporated association of owners, breeders and enthusiasts dedicated to the promotion and enjoyment of the Haflinger horse in the Western half of the United States and Canada. Founded by 13 farms in 1993, we now have over 100 members.
WHA is dedicated to helping those interested in the breed find answers to their questions in a friendly and supportive manner, as well as find the Haflinger of their dreams. Annual dues entitle members to a bi-monthly newsletter, website ads, farm listings, our on-line discussion group and free admission to our Annual Event. We also provide funding (sponsorship) and/or insurance to approved events. If you would like more information please contact any of our Board of Directors.
